Terms of Service

Acceptance of Requests:

1. Commissions are accepted based on the client’s credibility.

2. The request must be clear, with a defined purpose of use.

3. I will reply within 5 days. If no response is received after that, the request is considered declined.

 

Payment:

• Payment is upfront via PayPal (USD) only.

• An invoice will be sent to your PayPal email after agreeing to the quote.

• The contract is confirmed upon payment.

 

Work Process:

1. I’ll provide a price estimate via email or DM.

2. After payment, I’ll start creating the rough sketch.

3. Upon sketch approval, I’ll proceed with the final illustration.

   • Minor revisions: Up to 3 times

4. After the final illustration is complete, I’ll send a 300 DPI PNG file.

 

Commercial Use & Copyright:

1. I retain the copyright and right of authorship for the illustration.

2. Fees for rights transfer vary depending on usage (typically 50–100% of the base price).

 

Publication & Portfolio:

• I may showcase completed works in my portfolio.

• Let me know if you need the work kept private until a specific date.

• Illustrations may be publicly displayed 1 year after delivery, or if the client is deemed unlikely to publish the work.
